Important: We do NOT use your biometric data for any purpose other than creating your personal BeingAlive.ai experience. We do NOT train general AI models with your data. Your image and voice are used only for YOU.

Videos in your portal will be deleted
Any videos you have downloaded to your device are yours to keep
You may request complete deletion of all your data at any time

Data Deletion Request:

You may request complete deletion of all your data, including your photo, voice model, and all generated videos, at any time by contacting support@beingalive.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use limited third-party services to operate BeingAlive.ai:

Payment Processing: Secure payment processors handle your billing information. We do not store full payment card details.
Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud services host our platform. Your biometric data is NEVER shared with these providers for their own use.

Critical: No third party ever receives access to your photos, voice recordings, or generated videos.

2. Service Description

BeingAlive.ai provides:

An AI-generated avatar created from your photo that looks like you
A personalized voice model cloned from your voice recording
Reflection Session videos featuring your avatar speaking in your voice
A private portal to access your personalized content
An ongoing journey of 3-5 videos per month

The Service is designed to help you notice and experience the miracle of being alive. It is NOT therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

To use BeingAlive.ai, you must:

5. Subscription and Payment

Early Adopter Rate: $99/month (billed monthly)
Standard Rate: $149/month or $129/month when billed annually

Billing:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Upon cancellation, videos in your portal will be deleted (downloaded videos are yours to keep)

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use only your own photograph for avatar creation
Provide only your own voice for voice model creation
Not impersonate others or use someone else's likeness
Not misuse the Service for harassment, fraud, or illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our technology
Not share your account access with others

7. Content Ownership and License

Your Content:

You retain all rights to your photo, voice recording, and personal information
You grant us a limited license to use your photo and voice solely to create your BeingAlive.ai experience
This license exists only for the duration of your subscription
Upon deletion request, this license terminates immediately

Generated Content:

Videos generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use
You may download and keep videos for personal use
You may share videos at your own discretion—this is entirely your choice
We will never share your generated content without your explicit written consent

Our Technology:

BeingAlive.ai owns all rights to our platform, technology, and proprietary methods
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
